Shipping:
We guarantee to ship your new goodies within 1 business day of cleared payment being received.
We endeavour to make your postage cost as cheap as possible & we definitely don’t look to make a profit on it! We will ship using Australia Post & using appropriate packing supplies to ensure your precious items arrive to you in perfect condition. To ensure we can keep track of your items once they leave us, Registered Post will be used.
To keep things simple we have set the following postage cost structure:
General Items up to 250grams $7.50 includes registered post
General Items up to 500grams $9.00 includes registered post
General Items up to 3kilograms $13.00 includes registered post
Should you wish to purchase large or bulky items, please use the contact us page to provide your delivery details & the items you wish to purchase. This way we can accurately quote you on the postage cost prior to charging you for your goods.
Given that the items you will most likely be buying will be quite small & light, why not form a buying co-op with a friend or two. Submit a combined order & share the postage cost…imagine how much you could fit into a 3 kilogram satchel!?!?!?!?
Should you live locally to Busy Bee Handmade (Burpengary, QLD, 4505) & would like to avoid the postage cost altogether, please contact us to arrange a time to collect your goodies.

Return policy:
Choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown or don't do what they are supposed to do.
Having said that, should you have any queries when your items arrive, PLEASE contact us within 48 hours so that we can sort it out. An unhappy you is the last thing we want! Return postage (except where faulty, wrongly described, etc) is to be paid by the purchaser. |
